I cultivate spaces where individuals and communities feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow through every stage of their journeys while building meaningful connections.

Dr. Veronica earned her Doctorate in Clinical Social Work (DSW) from New York University. Her work is dedicated to advocating for trauma-informed care during the perinatal period, with a particular focus on reproductive family planning, NICU experiences and postpartum mental health. She utilizes a holistic approach to women’s health, integrating her expertise as a psychotherapist, mindfulness instructor, and somatic practitioner.

 

With over 15 years of experience in mental health settings- spanning private practice, public, and nonprofit sectors- Dr. Veronica is committed to making a difference in diverse communities. She currently serves in leadership roles as an Adjunct Professor and a Board Member for the New York Chapter at Postpartum Support International.

 

She is involved in several community initiatives, reflecting her passion for advancing youth, family, and women’s health. Through her work, Dr. Veronica aims to inspire collective healing and create lasting, transformative change.
