I primarily work with women who have made a committed decision to STOP holding themselves back and start taking meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and joyful life. These are individuals ready for long-lasting, impactful change. While I mostly support women, I welcome all humans who are ready to invest in themselves and grow.

Do you accept insurance?

Although I have a therapy background, offerings are not therapy or medical treatment and insurance is not accepted. Remember that wellness coaching is specific to YOU, utilizing a combination of tailored services to match your specific needs. I take pride in your process which takes time, effort, heart, and soul!

Do you work with people anywhere in the world?

Yes! Although I am located in New York, my offerings are available online, so really, it’s like I’m your next-door neighbor- with the consideration of time zones of course!

The recommended time-frame for one-on-one coaching and mentorship is 3 months, as this allows for real progress and lasting transformation. That said, everyone’s journey is unique, which is why flexible options are available to fit your specific needs.

Yes, absolutely! Many of my clients work with a therapist while also receiving coaching. While I do have a background in psychotherapy, our work together is not therapy- there are no diagnoses or clinical treatment involved. Instead, coaching offers a flexible, goal-focused space where we can tailor the process specifically to your needs and support the growth, clarity, and transformation you’re seeking!
